Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains what Rizhao Wanghan Clothing Co., Ltd. ("MORVELLESTA", "we") collects when you use morvellesta.com and the choices you have.
What we collect
Order and checkout information you give us: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and order details. Email preferences data (whether you opened or clicked our emails). Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type) kept for security.
What we do NOT do
This website stores no card numbers — payments are completed on the payment provider's page after you receive your secure payment link by email. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How we use it
To fulfil orders (legal basis: contract), to send service emails about your order (contract), to send marketing emails only with your consent (consent), to keep the site safe (legitimate interests).
Your choices & opt-out
- Marketing email opt-out: every marketing email carries an Unsubscribe link; you can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@morvellesta.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Opting out stops marketing messages but not transactional emails about your orders.
- Cookies & advertising opt-out: this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we later enable analytics or ad measurement, this section will describe them and you will be asked to consent before they load; you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Withdraw consent / objection: where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time; where we rely on legitimate interests you may object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds.
GDPR rights (EU/UK)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
CCPA/CPRA notice (California)
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may still designate an authorised agent or contact us to know, delete or correct your personal information.
Retention & sharing
Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (hosting, email delivery, payment and carriers), each bound to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. We require them to provide an equivalent level of protection, and we only keep providers that meet that requirement.

Orders
Placing an order on this site submits a purchase request. A contract forms when we confirm stock and email your secure payment link. We may decline requests (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund any payment made.
Prices, payment & taxes
All prices are in US dollars. Listed prices exclude destination customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare order values truthfully and never mark parcels as gifts.
Product information
We describe and photograph items carefully, but colours can vary between screens and slight production variations are normal. Items are subject to availability.
Intellectual property
All site content is owned by MORVELLESTA or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. If you live in the EU or UK you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return window is voluntary and sits on top of that right — the longer window always applies.
Shipping Policy
Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard tracked shipping: $6.95, free over $75. Delivery 5–9 business days after dispatch to the United States, 7–12 to most of Europe.
Express tracked shipping: $16.95, where the carrier supports faster delivery to your address.
Destinations: United States, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand.
Duties & taxes: Listed prices exclude destination customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare order values truthfully and never mark parcels as gifts.
Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility.
Returns & Refunds
Window: 30 days from delivery. If you live in the EU or UK you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
How to start a return: email service@morvellesta.com with your order number and the items you are returning. We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
Costs: items must be unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items; for change-of-mind returns the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving, minus any agreed deduction.
Faulty or wrong items: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund including all shipping.
